Pack with Care
Securely pack your item in its original packaging, including all batteries, chargers, manuals, and promotional items that were included.
Ship to DYU UK
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
